Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
